How to Request a Return
To organise a return, contact us at support@neuvesta.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on the procedure. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the problem.
